Our culinary team are imaginative and meticulous in every detail and understand that food has to pleasure the eye as well as the palate. Every canapé is painstakingly and passionately prepared, every cocktail is passionately mixed and all our dinners are always served fully plated to ensure the food is presented as our chefs intended.
