In a world adjusting to life with Covid, economic growth is now catching up. Growth in social impact and environmental change are also high on the agenda. How can companies innovate to deliver ‘good’ business growth - addressing these and other key issues?
 
The conversation will be moderated by Court Assistant Oliver Gadsby who is the Executive Chair of the Zero Carbon Academy and former CEO of Rowman and Littlefield. Oliver is an experienced Chair, non-executive Director, and Adviser in global information and publishing businesses.
   
Sheree Atcheson is Group Vice President of Diversity&Inclusion at global business transformation agency Valtech. As an award-winning leader, she works across regions and industries providing thought-provoking, boundary-breaking leadership training to business executives to develop data-driven diversity and inclusion strategies. As an advocate for diversity in tech, she is a Board Member at Women Who Code, speaks at many global conferences and leadership sessions and is regularly profiled for her work.
 
She is also the author ofDemanding More: Why Diversity and Inclusion Don’t Happen and What You Can Do About It  (Kogan Page, April 2021).

From 2007-17 he was Professor and Director of the Doughty Centre for Corporate Responsibility at Cranfield. He is the chair of the Institute of Business Ethics and has worked with responsible business coalitions across the world.
 
 
Nathalie Nahai is an international speaker, consultant and author of two books: the recently published Business Unusual, (Kogan Page, September 2021)

Her work explores the intersection between persuasive technology, ethics and the psychology of online behaviour, and clients include Google, Accenture, Unilever and Harvard Business Review, among others.
 
Through keynotes, workshops and consultancy, Nathalie teaches people how to understand the psychological dynamics behind evolving consumer behaviours, and how to ethically apply behavioural science principles to enhance their platforms, content marketing, product design and customer experience.
 
In 2021 Nathalie launched TheValuesMap.com, a free tool developed in collaboration with Dr Kiki Leutner of Goldsmiths University, to help people within organisations understand, communicate and practically express the values they stand for. A member of the BIMA Human Insights Council, Nathalie also hostsThe Hive Podcast, Guardian podcasts, and contributes to national publications, television and radio on the impact of technology in our lives.
