This application is assessed against the Stationers’ Company Warrant judging criteria. The Warrant may be awarded to a product, product range, or service, including physical, digital, or consultancy-based offerings.

All sections must be completed. If a question does not appear to apply directly, please explain how the principle applies in your context. Responses such as “Not applicable” or leaving sections blank may weaken the application.

1.1) Product/Product Range/Service Description

(Describe clearly what is being submitted for the Warrant.)

Example: What is it? What does it do? Is it a physical product, digital product, or service? What makes it distinctive?

2) Industry Relevance & Market Content

(Explain how product, or service addresses a recognised need within its industry or sector)

Example: How does the product, product range, or service relate clearly to the stated industry and sector? What market, market need, or service sector does it address? How is it positioned, and what evidence demonstrates professional credibility or expertise within the market?

3) Success Record & Market Reception

(Provide evidence of how the product, product range, or service has been received in the market.)

Example: How has the product, product range, or service been received in the market? What evidence is there of sales, adoption, client or customer use, feedback, recognition, growth, awards, or other proven outcomes?

4) Production / Manufacturing / Developmental Techniques

(This section applies to manufacturing, digital, and service-based offerings. Please avoid using “Not applicable”.)

Example: How the product or service is created, delivered, or enabled? What processes, technologies, platforms, or partners are involved? How is quality controlled?

5) Presentation / Packaging

(Describe how the product or service is presented to the customer or end user, appropriate to its method of sale or delivery.)

Example: How does the customer encounter, access, or receive it? How are design, usability, branding, or accessibility considered?

6) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

(This mandatory section will be assessed as part of the Warrant criteria. It considers environmental responsibility, ethical business practices, and social impact.(Required)

7) Environmental Responsibility

(Explain how your organisation minimises environmental impact in the delivery of this product or service.)

Example: How are materials, energy use, waste, emissions, or digital resources managed responsibly? How are suppliers, partners, or platforms selected with environmental considerations in mind? The Panel panel appreciate that the impact may vary.

8) Ethical & Responsible Business Practices

(Describe how your organisation operates ethically and responsibly.)

Example: Fair working practices, staff wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, governance, data protection, ethical sourcing, or compliance with relevant standards or guidelines.

9) Social & Wider Impact

(Explain any positive impact beyond commercial performance.)

Example: Community engagement, education, skills development, accessibility, charitable activity, or contribution to cultural or societal value.
