BLOC LAUNCH AI & AUTOMATION SERVICES

BLOC LAUNCH AI & AUTOMATION SERVICES

BLOC has launched new AI & Automation services to help members automate repetitive processes, improve data quality and reduce manual administration.

As AI continues to develop rapidly, the opportunity for members lies not simply in adopting new technology, but in identifying time-consuming processes and finding practical ways to automate them.

Many everyday tasks still rely on manual input, from processing supplier invoices and updating customer records to managing product data and identifying sales opportunities.

Powered by Metacog AI, BLOC’s AI & Automation services focus on five key areas: document automation, customer data enrichment, product and catalogue data, sales intelligence, and bespoke AI projects.

Through an initial review, Metacog AI will help members identify a practical starting point, explore where AI could deliver the greatest benefit and demonstrate how automating even a single process can deliver a return on investment.

AI solutions have already been successfully deployed for BLOC members running Horizon and EvolutionX, enabling them to save time on everyday tasks along with improving CRM and product data.

Moses Thomas, Founder and Director of MetacogAI, comments: “Most dealers already know where their teams lose time, whether that is keying supplier invoices, re-entering orders or maintaining product data. Working alongside BLOC, we can give members a straightforward route to automate processes, see the return, and build from there.”

Members interested in exploring how AI and automation could benefit their business can contact their BLOC Business Development Manager or contact the team on 0303 003 7470.
