Karen joins Highlands Sales following a distinguished career, most recently at Kyocera Document Solutions UK, where she spent over a decade as an IT Channel Account Manager, consistently delivering exceptional commercial results and building strong relationships with leading UK resellers and enterprise customers.

With a unique combination of strategic marketing expertise and high-performing account management, Karen has built a reputation for elevating brands, creating market opportunities, and delivering measurable business growth.
