BOSS Announces Sam Stafford as BOSS People & Culture Forum Chair

BOSS is delighted to announce Sam Stafford (Chartered MCIPD) as the new BOSS People & Culture Forum Chair.

Sam is an experienced Head of HR and a member of Viking's UK & Ireland leadership team with a proven track record of shaping and leading people strategies that deliver both organisational performance and individual growth. With over 15 years in HR and leadership roles, she brings a collaborative and inclusive style, contributing people-centred insights, thought leadership and practical support.

The BOSS People & Culture Forum was created in 2024 in reaction to the incoming Employment Rights Bill and exists for senior HR leads in the Business Supplies Industry to share best practice and understand upcoming legislation.

Including representatives from Advantia, ACCO, Avery, Brother, Durable, evo Group, Fellowes, Heatons, Lyreco, MBM Omega, Mitsubishi Uni-Ball, Paragon Business Essentials, Viking UK & Ireland and YPO, the group look to cover the following:
