25 SEPTEMBER 2025

Empowering the Next Generation: BOSS Launches NextGen Mentoring Programme

BOSS is proud to introduce their NextGen Mentoring Programme, a new initiative created by the BOSS Leaders of the Future Committee to connect experienced professionals with emerging talent across the business supplies industry. Supported by the evo Foundation, the programme aims to foster meaningful career development and knowledge sharing across generations of professionals.

How it Works:

· Free for BOSS members

· Members of the LOTF Community can request a mentor at any time

· Each mentoring relationship runs for a minimum of six months, with the option to extend

· Meeting every 6 weeks is recommended, but pairs can set their own schedule

· The programme is mentee-led, meaning it’s up to the mentee to initiate contact and drive the relationship
